Vinted bundles: how to bundle items, postage, discounts and returns on vinted.co.uk

A Vinted bundle is several listings bought together from the same seller, up to 100 items in one order. Open the seller's profile or one of their listings, press Create bundle, add items, press Review bundle, then choose Buy now, Ask seller or Make an offer. Vinted says a bundle can save on shipping and that standard sellers may offer a discount based on the number of items.

How do you make a bundle on Vinted?

This is how Vinted's Help Centre page on buying a bundle describes it, as we read it on 21 October 2026:

  1. Start on an item's listing page or on the seller's profile page.
  2. Press Create bundle next to Shop bundles and add the items you want. Any favourites you have from that seller are shown first.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, the bundle price updates as you add or remove items.
  4. Press Review bundle, then choose Buy now to complete the purchase, Ask seller to ask about the items, or Make an offer to negotiate a better bundle price.

A bundle can only hold listings from one seller. Once you press Buy now, the Vinted fee and the shipping fee are added on top of the bundle price, and when the bundle is bought each item is marked as sold automatically, so nobody else can buy those items. You can add up to 100 items to one bundle order.

How do bundle discounts work?

Vinted's page says standard sellers may offer a discount based on the number of items you buy. The page does not say how large a discount is, or that every seller offers one, so the bundle price at the bottom of the screen is the number that counts. Compare it with the sum of the individual prices.

If you see no discount, ask. Press Ask seller from the review screen, or make an offer on the bundle (see below). For wording, see Vinted message templates for offers and haggling.

One more point for the maths: Vinted's fee page says the fee is calculated on the price of the item or the bundle, with a fixed part, and that it varies with whether you buy a single item or a bundle. Check the breakdown on the review screen instead of guessing how the fee splits across items.

How does postage work on a bundle?

Vinted lists a few restrictions on bundles, and they differ by country: see the end of this guide.

Can you make an offer on a bundle?

Yes. After Review bundle, choose Make an offer to negotiate a better bundle price. Vinted's page for sellers says the seller can accept the offer, decline it or propose a different price.

The general rules for offers still matter. Vinted's page on offers says buyers can offer up to 40% less than the original price of an item, send up to 25 offers a day, and that offers are not binding: even if the seller accepts, the item stays available to other members until you press Buy now. Offers apply to the item price only, not to postage or fees. We did not find whether the 40% limit applies to a bundle price, so check what the offer screen allows.

Are bundles covered by returns and buyer protection?

Vinted's refund policy applies to purchases made with the Buy now button, and not to payments made outside Vinted's system. For a bundle, the pages we read say:

Keep the packaging until a claim is resolved. The full policy is in the Vinted fee and buyer protection.

A buyer's method for bundles you plan to resell

A bundle is a purchase of every item in it, whatever you plan to do with each one. This method has no amounts in it on purpose: the numbers are yours to work out.

  1. Check every item as if you were buying it alone. Open each listing and read the photos, condition, size and description. Ask for a close-up of any label or flaw through Ask seller.
  2. Take the total from the review screen. The cost of the bundle is the bundle price plus the Vinted fee plus the shipping, as shown before you pay.
  3. Spread it over the items you will really resell. Cost per item = total cost divided by the number of items you will resell. An item you would not resell still costs you something, so it raises the cost of the others.
  4. Compare each item with live comparable listings. Vinted shows no sold prices, so use several listings in the same size and condition. See how to find underpriced items on Vinted and how to check what an item is worth.
  5. Negotiate on the whole bundle. Offers are not binding, so you decide after the answer.
  6. Check every item when it arrives. Do it straight away, photograph any problem and report within the 2 days.

What does VTD BOT do for bundles?

VTD BOT does not create bundles, make offers or message sellers, and it never logs in to your Vinted account or buys. It alerts you to new listings that match searches you save (keywords, brand, size, condition, a price ceiling, excluded words), checking vinted.co.uk at regular intervals and not continuously. Each alert shows an estimated value from comparable listings and the real cost with the Vinted fee and postage. Plus and Pro add a seller CRM, message templates and reminders; you send every message yourself.

There is no free plan. Starter is £8 a month, Plus £25 and Pro £33, billed monthly with no commitment: see the pricing and the features.
