Kops review: pricing, how it works and alternatives (2026)
Kops is a cloud platform for Vinted resellers with a live feed, filters, one-click buying and automatic buying (Autocop) through Vinted accounts you connect. On 25 October 2026 its pricing page listed Starter at €9.99, Plus at €24.99 and Pro at €79.99 a month, with no free plan and a 3-day Starter trial that asks for card details. It suits buyers who want software to buy for them and accept the account risk.

What is Kops?
Kops (kops.gg) is a web platform with nothing to install. Its homepage calls it a Vinted bot and autocop. Its docs list a feed, filters, push notifications, Autocop, Auto Offer, a unified inbox, multi-account management and a resale price estimator, for Vinted only. The publisher is SAPE2SELL, a sole proprietorship registered in France under SIREN 923 752 596, according to its legal notice.
On vinted.co.uk, the Kops docs (read on 25 October 2026) say a British account can buy from the UK, the US and Australia. That depends on where each Vinted account is registered.
Kops pricing in October 2026
As published on kops.gg on 25 October 2026, in euros, the only currency listed (not converted).
| Plan | Price | What the site lists |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | €9.99 a month; €99.90 a year | Feed, unlimited filters, 0 connected Vinted accounts, resale estimator limited to 10 a day. Nothing buys |
| Plus | €24.99 a month; €249.90 a year | 10 Vinted accounts, Auto Buy (one-click buying), auto-buy on accepted offers, unified inbox, unlimited estimator |
| Pro | €79.99 a month; €799.90 a year | 50 Vinted accounts, everything in Plus, plus Autocop (with pre-orders), Auto Offer and team seats |
| Trial | 3 days, Starter only | Card required, nothing charged until it ends |
Read on 25 October 2026 on the Kops pricing page and plans doc. Annual prices equal ten months for twelve. Account packs and seats cost extra, with no price in the pages we read. No VAT wording found. Prices may have changed.
Is Kops free? No plan is free. A button reads "Create Free Account", but it only opens an account; the only trial is the 3-day Starter one, which needs a card. Plus and Pro bill immediately, say the docs.
How does Kops work, and what is the Kops login?
You sign in to Kops with a Kops account, separate from Vinted. The feed, filters and estimator need no Vinted account, which is all Starter does.
To buy, you add a Vinted account inside Kops. The docs say Kops signs in to Vinted with the account's e-mail and password, or with session tokens if that fails. Either way, you give Kops access to the account it buys with.
Plus has Auto Buy: you press buy and Kops completes the checkout. Pro adds Autocop, which fires when a filter matches, and Auto Offer. The docs sum it up: "Starter tells you, Plus buys when you say so, Pro buys while you sleep."
The resale estimator works from sold and active comparables and gives a recommended selling price and projected profit. It answers "Not enough data" when it has too few. You open it item by item.
What do Kops' terms and docs say?
The terms (updated 20 February 2026) and docs say:
- Refunds. "Subscriptions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law." You also agree the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.
- Cancelling. The pricing page says one click from your settings, and the plan runs to the end of the period paid. A pause of 1 to 3 months is offered on monthly billing. The terms also say to contact Kops to terminate.
- Purchases on your behalf. With Autocop you authorise Kops to buy with your linked accounts. The terms call automated purchases "binding transactions".
- Vinted risk is yours. "The Operator is not liable for any suspension, ban, or penalty imposed by third-party marketplaces." The docs warn: "Connecting a badly prepared account can get it banned inside a day."
Is Kops legit? Is it allowed by Vinted?
Facts only. Kops names its publisher, SAPE2SELL, and publishes terms, a legal notice and a privacy policy. Its FAQ claims a quarantine system for accounts and says it respects Vinted's fair-use terms; those are its own claims and we cannot verify them. We have not bought, installed or used Kops. Its docs also carry a guide on creating Vinted accounts that avoid anti-fraud detection; we do not repeat it.
Vinted's user terms on vinted.co.uk (version applicable from 08-10-2026, read on 25 October 2026) say users must not use "external software tools (including but not limited to: bots, scraping programs, crawling programs, spiders)", unless Vinted authorises or allows the use. Whether a tool is covered is for Vinted to say, but one that buys from your account sits nearest to that wording. See Is a Vinted bot allowed? and Vinted account banned.
On vinted.co.uk, the terms also say members use the services for personal benefit only, unless they are buying as a Pro Seller. A Pro Seller account is the one exception to the single account rule, where Vinted Pro is available.
Who Kops suits
- Buyers who want one-click buying (Plus) or automatic buying (Pro) from linked accounts, and accept the terms above, including no refunds.
- Anyone who only wants to watch and filter: Starter connects no Vinted account.
- A weaker fit if you do not want to hand over Vinted login details, or want an estimated value and net margin on every alert.
Why choose VTD BOT instead (or not)
VTD BOT does a different job. You save searches (keywords, brand, size, condition, price ceiling, words to exclude) and get an alert on your phone or browser, or by e-mail, when a new listing matches. Alerts carry an estimated market value, calculated from comparable listings, and the real cost: price, Vinted fee and postage, which gives a net figure. With few comparables, check any estimate yourself.
VTD BOT never connects to your Vinted account, never buys and never messages sellers, so there is no login to hand over. It has no free plan and no trial, and it checks vinted.co.uk at regular intervals, not continuously. If automatic buying is your priority, Kops is built for that and VTD BOT is not.
VTD BOT costs £8 (Starter), £25 (Plus) or £33 (Pro) a month, or less billed yearly, with no commitment. Starter has 1 search and shows value and net figure on 3 items a day, Plus has 10 searches and shows them on every item, and Pro has unlimited searches and Sniper, which watches your buying rules on every radar pass and alerts you. All plans get the same alerts and radar schedule. See pricing and features.

Frequently asked questions
Is Kops legit?
We can only report checkable facts. Kops names its publisher, SAPE2SELL, a sole proprietorship registered in France, and publishes terms and a legal notice. Its safety claims are its own. We have not used the product.
How much does Kops cost?
On 25 October 2026: Starter €9.99, Plus €24.99 and Pro €79.99 a month, or €99.90, €249.90 and €799.90 a year. Account packs and team seats cost extra.
Is Kops free? Is there a Kops free trial?
No plan is free. Starter has a 3-day trial that asks for card details and charges nothing until it ends. Plus and Pro bill immediately.
Kops login: does Kops connect to my Vinted account?
Kops has its own sign-in. To buy, you add a Vinted account in Kops with its e-mail and password or session tokens; Starter connects none. VTD BOT never connects to your Vinted account.
How do I cancel Kops?
Its pricing page says one click from your settings, and the plan stays active to the end of the period paid.
What is the best Kops alternative?
It depends on the job. V-tools and VintedSeekers also buy automatically. Telvin Bot sends alerts without a Vinted login. VTD BOT adds estimated value and real cost but does not buy.
