General Terms and Conditions of Sale

This is an English translation provided for information. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the VTD BOT service, available at vtdbot.com, as well as subscriptions to the paid plans. Any subscription implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

2. Publisher

The service is published by VTD BOT, a sole proprietorship (postal address provided on request) contact@vtdbot.com (see the legal notice).

3. Description of the service

VTD BOT is a tool that assists with searching for items on Vinted, analysing their prices and reselling them: multi-criteria search, real-time alerts, value estimation, CRM, messaging and Sniper alerts according to the rules set by the user (purchases are always made by the user, on Vinted). It is a decision-support tool: values, scores and estimates are provided for information only, with no guarantee of results. VTD BOT is independent and not affiliated with Vinted. What is included depends on the plan (section 5): Starter, 1 search with alerts, 1 seller profile, deals of the day, estimated value, net margin and profitability index on 3 items a day; Plus, 10 searches with alerts, 3 seller profiles, estimated value, net margin and profitability index on every item, CRM, messaging, message templates and follow-up reminders; Pro, unlimited searches and seller profiles, everything in Plus, Sniper, follow-up templates for people who favourite your items, advanced statistics and priority support. The radar checks the searches of every plan at the same pace. Starter subscriptions taken out before 21 October 2026 keep their original content (3 searches, estimated value on every item, CRM and messaging).

4. Account

Using the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. Plans and prices

The service is offered as three subscription plans: Starter at €9/month, Plus at €29/month and Pro at €39/month with monthly payment, or €84, €288 and €384 per year with annual payment, with no commitment beyond the period paid for. For a user in the United Kingdom, the United States or Australia, the price is charged in the currency of their country: in the United Kingdom, £8, £25 and £33 per month, or £72, £240 and £324 per year; in the United States, $9, $29 and $39 per month, or $84, $288 and $384 per year; in Australia, A$15, A$45 and A$59 per month, or A$144, A$444 and A$588 per year. Full access to the service (including the radar) requires an active subscription. Prices are stated all taxes included. The publisher reserves the right to change its prices, the new prices applying to the following subscription period after the user has been informed.

6. Payment and renewal

The subscription is payable in advance, monthly or annually according to the billing period chosen, through our secure payment provider. It is automatically renewed, for the same billing period, at each due date until it is cancelled.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, for digital content supplied immediately, you acknowledge that by starting the service during the withdrawal period you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. As the subscription has no minimum term, it can be cancelled at any time from your account, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current period.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro rata refund is due, unless the law provides otherwise.

9. User obligations

You undertake to use the service lawfully, in compliance with the terms of use of third-party platforms (including Vinted) and with applicable regulations. You are solely responsible for your exchanges, negotiations and transactions with third parties.

10. Liability

The publisher is bound by an obligation of means. Estimates and automations are provided without guarantee; the publisher cannot be held liable for the user's purchasing or reselling decisions, for relations with sellers or buyers, or for any temporary unavailability of the service.

11. Availability

The publisher makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Maintenance operations may cause interruptions.

12. Intellectual property

The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service. All elements of the service remain the property of the publisher.

13. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The French courts have jurisdiction.

15. Affiliate programme

Any VTD BOT account holder can join the affiliate programme free of charge from the Affiliate programme page, with no obligation to subscribe. The affiliate receives a commission of 40% of the amount of each payment made by a customer they have referred (a “referral”), for as long as that referral's subscription remains active. A referral is attributed to the affiliate when they subscribe within 24 hours of clicking the affiliate's personal link; the last link clicked prevails. Commissions are paid through our payment provider (Stripe) into the affiliate's account, after that provider has verified the affiliate's identity; the affiliate remains solely responsible for the tax and social security obligations attached to the sums received. The following are prohibited: self-referral, spam, any misleading promise about the service and buying advertising space on the name “VTD BOT”. In the event of a refund, a payment dispute or a breach of these rules, the publisher may cancel or reclaim the commissions concerned and close the affiliate account. The publisher may change the programme for the future after informing affiliates; commissions already earned remain due.
