Privacy Policy

Data controller

The data controller is VTD BOT (sole proprietorship) (postal address provided on request) contact@vtdbot.com.

Data collected

Identification and account data (name, email address, encrypted password); alert settings and search criteria that you create; usage and connection data necessary for the service to work properly. No bank data is stored on our servers: any payments are processed by a secure payment provider.

Purposes

Your data is used to create and manage your account, provide the features of the service (search, analysis, alerts), provide support, manage subscription billing and improve the service.

Legal bases

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (provision of the service and of the subscription), your consent (non-essential cookies, communications) and our legitimate interest (security and improvement of the service).

Recipients and processors

Your data is hosted and processed by technical providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (subscription payments) and Google (Gemini API) only when you use the AI negotiation assistant: the message or screenshot you submit is then sent to Google to generate the reply. Do not include any data you do not wish to send. We do not sell your data.

AI assistant and third-party data

The negotiation assistant sends Google (Gemini) the content you submit to it (the seller's message or a screenshot of the conversation) in order to draft a reply; this content may include data about third parties (the seller). Your seller CRM and your messages may also contain information about third parties: you are responsible for it, so limit yourself to the information necessary for your transaction and do not keep it beyond that need.

Affiliate programme

If you become an affiliate, we keep your referral code, the number of clicks on your link and the details of your commissions (date, amount, status), without ever disclosing the identity of your referrals to you. The verification of your identity and your bank details are processed directly by Stripe, which is the controller for that processing: we have no access to them.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (e.g. Vercel) may be located outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists, then deleted or anonymised, subject to statutory retention periods (in particular for accounting).

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@vtdbot.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: authentication, database-level security rules (RLS), restricted access. You can export or delete your data from your account.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (session, preferences). To measure traffic, we use Vercel Web Analytics: this measurement is cookie-free and uses no advertising identifier; it only counts page views in aggregate and does not make it possible to identify you or to track you from one site to another. You can configure cookies in your browser.
