V-tools review: pricing, how it works and alternatives (2026)

V-tools is a web app for Vinted resellers that adds a live Vinted feed, one-click buying and automatic buying (AutoCop) through Vinted accounts you connect. On 22 October 2026 its site listed Performance at €29.99 a month and Advanced at €79.99 a month, with no free plan and no trial, and a Sniper plan marked "coming soon" without a price. It suits people who want software to buy for them and accept the account risk. Its site does not describe an estimated value or margin before you buy.

What is V-tools?

V-tools (v-tools.com) is a web application that runs in the browser. Its site lists a live feed of new Vinted listings, one-click buying, AutoCop for automatic buying, MultiCop for buying with several accounts at once, a CRM for sales and purchases, statistics, built-in messaging and AutoChat, which sends messages tied to favourites. It covers Vinted only.

The app ships language files for seven languages, but the terms are in English only. The FAQ answer we read names France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Germany, and adds that there are more. It does not name the UK, the US or Australia, so ask before you pay if you buy on vinted.com.au. The publisher is V-tools Ltd. Co., which its terms call a limited liability company of New Mexico.

How does V-tools work?

V-tools is built around connected Vinted accounts. Its buying features (one-click buying, AutoCop and MultiCop) act through the accounts you link: up to 10 on Performance and 25 on Advanced. The privacy policy refers to credentials for linked accounts, stored encrypted (AES-256). In practice, you give V-tools access to the account it buys with.

AutoCop and MultiCop are on Advanced only. The Statistics page covers revenue, spending and profit after sales, not an estimate before you buy.

What do V-tools' terms say?

The terms are in English and were last updated on 1 April 2026. The points that matter before you subscribe:

Is V-tools legit? Is it allowed by Vinted?

We can only report what is checkable. The terms and a legal notice are published and name V-tools Ltd. Co. They do not agree on where the company sits: the terms refer to New Mexico, while the legal notice gives "Europe" as head office, without a street address. The FAQ says no tool can guarantee zero risk. We have not bought, installed or used V-tools, so we say nothing about how it performs.

Vinted's user terms on vinted.com.au (version applicable from 08-10-2026, read on 22 October 2026) say users must not use "external software tools (including but not limited to: bots, scraping programs, crawling programs, spiders)", with promoting items and adding items to favourites given as examples, unless Vinted authorises or allows the use. Whether a given tool is covered is for Vinted to say, but a tool that buys, makes offers or sends messages from your account sits nearest to that wording. Vinted lists corrective actions from a warning to blocking the account. See Is a Vinted bot allowed? and Vinted account banned.

On vinted.com.au, the same terms say members use the services for personal benefit only and not for professional purposes, unless they are buying as a Pro Seller.

Who V-tools suits

Why choose VTD BOT instead (or not)

VTD BOT does a different job. You save searches (keywords, brand, model, size, condition, price ceiling, words to exclude) and get an alert on your phone or browser, by sound or by e-mail when a new listing matches. Each alert shows an estimated market value, calculated from comparable listings, and the real cost: price, Vinted fee and postage. That gives a net figure per item. With few comparable listings, check the estimate yourself.

VTD BOT never connects to your Vinted account, never buys and never messages sellers, so there is no login to hand over. It has no free plan or trial, and it checks vinted.com.au at regular intervals, not continuously. If automatic buying is your priority, V-tools and the tools below are built for that and VTD BOT is not.

VTD BOT costs A$15 (Starter), A$45 (Plus) or A$59 (Pro) a month, or less billed yearly, with no commitment. Starter has 1 search with alerts and shows value and net figure on 3 items a day, Plus has 10 searches and shows them on every item, and Pro has unlimited searches and Sniper, which watches your buying rules on every radar pass and alerts you. All plans get the same alerts and radar schedule. See pricing and features.

Frequently asked questions

Is V-tools legit?

We can only report checkable facts. V-tools publishes terms and a legal notice naming V-tools Ltd. Co., though they disagree on where it sits (New Mexico versus "Europe"). Its terms leave the Vinted suspension risk to you and waive refunds. We have not used the product.

How much does V-tools cost?

On 22 October 2026: Performance €29.99 a month, Advanced €79.99 a month, and 5 extra connected accounts for €4 a month. A Sniper plan was marked coming soon with no price.

Is V-tools free? Does it have a free trial?

No. The homepage shows no free plan, and neither the homepage nor the terms mention a trial (read on 22 October 2026).

Does V-tools connect to my Vinted account?

Yes, for buying: one-click buying, AutoCop and MultiCop work through the Vinted accounts you connect. VTD BOT never connects to your Vinted account.

How do I cancel V-tools?

From the dashboard. Per the terms, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no pro-rata refund.

What is the best V-tools alternative?

It depends on the job. Kops, Fyndit and VintedSeekers also buy automatically. Telvin Bot and SNYPD send alerts without a Vinted login. VTD BOT adds estimated market value and real cost to each alert but does not buy.
